Cancellation Policy
Temples of Dynasty Travels & Tours Company Limited will
collect cancellation due to service providers’ compulsory
situations.
Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we
receive advice in writing and cancellation charges would
apply as follows:
Between 45 days and 30 days before arrival, only 10% of
total payment,
Between 30 days and 15 days before arrival, only 20% of
total payment,
Between 15 days and 7 days before arrival, only 30% of total
payment
* In case of Special Train Journey and peak season hotel
bookings, a separate cancellation policy is applicable
(which would be advised as and when required)
Program Changes
Temples of Dynasty Travels & Tours Company Limited
reserves the right to re-arrange, substitute or cancel tour
elements without prior notice should prevailing
circumstances at the time of travel dictate such
adjustments.
Any part of unconsumed service will not be refundable after
commencement of the journey.
Liability
Temples of Dynasty Travels & Tours Company Limited acts
as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels,
transport operators, and local tourist offices providing the
services. Therefore Company Limited is not responsible for
any loss, injury, or damage sustained by the travelers,
including those occurring outside of company's touring
programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay,
accidents, natural disaster, political actions, and unrest
must be borne by the traveler. Programs, prices, services,
and conditions are based on those valid at the time of
printing and are therefore subject to change without advance
notice before or during the journey. Participation in our
journey's programs implies the clear understanding and
agreement of clients to the above conditions. |
