and Tours”. The Visa-on-Arrival fee & service charge will be
US$ 50 per person. Applicant’s Date of Birth, Nationality, Sex, Place of Birth,
Address etc… with scanned photo must be emailed to Temples
of Dynasty Travels and Tours. Then we will apply to Ministry
of Hotel &Tourism and Ministry of Immigration. We will send
“Approval Letter” to you in order that you could prove to
your international airline as Myanmar Visa-on-Arrival had
been arranged before boarding to enter into Myanmar. Upon
arrival, our agent’s Operations Manager will meet the guests
at airport to assist for all Visa-on-Arrival procedures.

US$ 200 or US$ 300 to FEC upon your arrival since 2003.

7. Permanent Home address
8. Nationality.
9. 3 recent passport size photographs.
10. Countries for passport valid.
11. Arrival and Departure flight no. to Myanmar.
